Hi. I am type 2 diabetic. After several years of problems finally treated with meds that brought a1c from over 9 to 6.2. Much healthier. 3 days ago I was stung by a wasp. Swelling has gone down some and not as sore but have had several low sugar attacks since being stung and sugar is lower than it normally is. (50 - 110) past couple of days. Do you know if wasp stings can lower your sugar?
PS Always have been very sensitive to insect bites and this wasp stung me on the lower right jaw and the whole front of neck swelled over to left side and very tender.
