Hi, I am using everday minimum 1 litre to 2 or 3 liters Glucon d water is there any side effects to take the water.

Why i am taking i heard this water is very healthy and sperm count also immproved , so that is the reason i am using.

I am slim person and my age is 32.

Could please suggest me.
