Hi I am very early pregant a few weeks I've been in and out of hospital doctors think it may have been eptopic I've had many scans but stil can't see the baby the sac nothing I have fluid as well what's the safest way to terminate as I all ready have 2 kids and one being speciel needs I don't want a obortion I'm in pain daily and all night please help
