Hi I am very wet in my butt crack and usually I am ok at daytime it's just when I go to bed it worsens and I start sweating and feel like liquid coming from my anus,there is 1 spot there too which itches,.I wear clean clothes,shower daily and I am not over weight so what could it be and any solution
