Hi! I Am Wearing Myself Out On Medical Forums, Please

Hi! I am wearing myself out on medical forums, please help! I had sexual intercourse Friday (12/6), using a condom and I am on a continuous Birth Control (no sugar pills) and Saturday I experience cramping and Monday and Tuesday the cramping continued and I noticed a light amount of brownish blood. Today (wednesday) I still have cramping and when I went to the restroom I noticed red blood, much like a period. I am unsure if this is spotting, a possible ruptured cyst, or something more serious, PLEASE help!
