Hi, I Am Wondering About Glucose Levels. I Stopped Drinking

Hi, I am wondering about glucose levels. I stopped drinking soda for a while but recently got back into it. Probably 7-8 a day. Is it a coincidence that I get light headed if I don't eat after 6+ hours? Is it caused by soda? Is my body getting used to the high sugar levels from soda so when I don't have that much sugar it freaks my body out? If I eat or drink a soda then I am fine. Just trying to narrow my options down here.
