Hi, I Am Wondering Why, When I Take Some Vitamin

Hi, I am wondering why, when I take some vitamin s together, both of my arms are broke out into a rash! It itches, and it is red! Mostly I notice it when I take calcium,and potassium together, it never has done this before it started two weeks ago! Why is this reacting this way! What can I do to stop it! Thank you!
