Hi , I Am Worried About Doesn't Have A Baby

Hi , I am worried about doesn't have a baby again.I have kind he is 7 year old now. We trying to have again but we tried almost two years now and doesn't happen. I am taking prenatal support for now. But nothing's happened. What I need to do? We follow the advice of doctors but nothing's happened. Please did you have any advice for us.
