Hi, I am writing because I want to help my brother who lives in Serbia. He had a car accident 15 years and after that he suffered the hip surgery. After the surgery the doctor told him that one day he will need to do a hip replacement and I think that he can not stand the pain anymore and that he will need to do that soon. There are a lot good doctors in Serbia, but I would like to bring him to Canada to take care of him after the surgery. My question is - what is the procedure for foreigners and the cost of hospital and all treatments.
