Hi, I Am Writing For My Aunty (50 Years). Early

Hi, I am writing for my aunty (50 years). Early this month she had a blood test for Thyroid. The results as follows: 1). Microsomal (TPO) Antibody Titre: 643 IU/ml [Normal Range: less than 60] 2). Thyroglobulin Antibody (ATA): 20 IU/ml [Normal Range: less than 60]. I am worried about the first two results as the result is way high. ultrasound scan shows normal echotexture and normal size of both the lobes of thyroid gland and isthmus. It also shows few lobules. Bt the size is normal on both the sides. The vascularityto the gland is increased. Wat is it due to??? What does that AMA and ATA antibodies indicate??? Hypothyroidism or hyperthyroidism??? Expecting advice. Thx Nazreen
