Hi , I Am Writing For My Friend , She

Hi , I am writing for my friend , she is having some kind of breathing issue and constantly she feels as if her heart is dropping down and starts breathing heavily for days ( she says she feels as if there is no enough air in room ) , she went through the treatment and doctor gave rexipra 10mg and etirest 0.5mg as continual meds of needed, she been taking the rexipra for 3 days and etirest from today as she is not getting sleep , is this the right medicine for such kind of situation , after nearly a year she has been getting this to this high extend ,
Does this meds show result immediately ? Should we consult doctor again ?
She wakes up and again she breaths constantly heavy and she feels as if her brain is going to explode , weak and fatigue , she blacked out also once for 5 mins after this only she started taking meds !
Please advice us as soon as possible .. Thank you !
