Hi.. I Am17 And I Am Having Pimples Since 4

Hi.. I am17 and I am having pimples since 4 years.. These days the pimples are becoming hard and then stone like substance comes out from pimple when I try to get rid of it.. Due to this small holes have filled my face.. I masturbate everyday.. I am trying to control it.. Plz any solution to remove these holes.. I can send pictures too.. Suggestions plz. Ty
