I and my husband are 27 years old. We are trying to conceive since last 2 years. My husband semen analysis report shows 70% immobile sperms,10% with no progressive forward movement, 20% slow forward progressive movement. He has started taking Rejuspermin tablet and Maxoza sachet.
My AMH test result shows 11ng/mL which is high as per biological reference. I have started taking Metital tablet. My period cycle is 31-40 days.
Will this medicines help to solve infertility.
