Hi, I Apologize For The Weird Question. I Have Some

Hi, I apologize for the weird question.
I have some tiredness, left facial pain/numbness.
Right arm pain/weakness. Right leg pain/weakness.
Feel general body heaviness.
I have been to the doctor - so the emergent stroke/heart attack, etc have been ruled out.
MRI of my head negative. My head feels in a fog. some headaches.
Seen neurologist and my primary MD. West nile virus and other labs negative.
No diagnosis. I can function, but it just requires more effort that it did a few months ago. Waning and waxing. This episode x1 month, is slowly worsening. The initial episode involved vision blurriness.
I do have a history chicken pox, mono, and cold sores. No other medical problems.
Any out of the box thoughts?
