Hi , I Appear To Have A Lump Left Side

Hi ,
I appear to have a lump left side under my rib cage it is also hard to put my sock on almost have to hold my breath as i have some discomfort I am unable to lay on my back sometimes also my stomach can be very bloated very noticeable being small build
I can move the lump to to the middle but moves back to the left also some back pain of recent too like sciatica pain.
