Hi, I Attempted To Overdose On (about 12) Paracetamol About

Hi, I attempted to overdose on (about 12) paracetamol about 2 weeks ago, spent some time in hospital but now, for the past several days, I have weird dizzy spells that last around 5 seconds. It's seems worse if I'm walking or active, but still happens when inactive. At the hospital they ran my bloods and everything that they checked was okay. Could this dizziness be some side-effect of the overdose or another problem entirely?
