Hi I Been Sick All Day With N/V/D. I Have

Hi I been sick all day with N/V/D. I have mild pain in my abd and lower abd also. I also throw up after having a bowel movement. Bowel movement is very soft. Its like my stomach trying to get everything out but never feel like I can get it out. So I start to just drive hives know. Pain in abd been getting somewhat worse since this morning but not sure if it is r/t my time of the month coming on. Just not sure what to due. I due have some medical issues.
