Hi, I Been Strangle By Helmet Strap And Next Day

Hi, I been strangle by helmet strap and next day I hardly could move my beck or swallow food my neck have a lot of pain and swelling and I have pain in the back of my neck too, I have taken two Advil gel the pain could hardly get better a 4 hours later the pain is worsened, please help
