Hi, I Began Having Symptoms Of A Stomach Virus 9

Hi, I began having symptoms of a stomach virus 9 days ago. Worst symptom was headache (history of migraines) that lasted 3 days. I have visited my local ER twice and followed up with my Dr. Blood tested & was normal, no dehydration, The headache subsided but I am still very weak and nauseous (ESP after trying to eat). My blood pressure is also unusually high. I was put on oral steroid & Carafate. Is this normal or could it be something else? Thank you!
