Hi I Beleive To Have Very Bad Frictio Burns From

I beleive to have very bad frictio burns from sex and i have had them for a week now. They are very painful and inside my vagina between the skin of my bum ang vaginal opening. What can i do to treat this? As i have tried cream and nothing seems to be helping
