Hi, I Believe I Ovulated Monday The 21st Based On

Hi, I believe I ovulated Monday the 21st based on bbt, opk, and O pains. Tuesday the 22nd I woke up very nauseous and around 10am began vomiting. Later on in the evening I checked my temp and had a low grade fever 99.7. So my question is, will this affect my chances of conceiving? Does my having an elevated temp affect sperm and/or fertilization?
