Hi I Broke 3 Bones In My Upper Hand And

Hi I broke 3 bones in my upper hand and had surgery 9 weeks ago and I now have 3 titium plates and 12 screws im having physo twice a week but I still can't get a fist have still a lot of swelling and stiffness how long will it be for a full recovery it's very frustrating
