Hi I Broke My Left Fore Arm 12 Months Ago

Hi I broke my left fore arm 12 months ago and I was in cast for 8 weeks and now I do a high impact sport and 2 weeks ago i fell on it on a trampoline it was only light but every day since 11 months ago I get normal stabbing pains but for 2 weeks it's been very weak and not working fully no swelling just pure stabbing pain and that is bad cus I'm a trampolinist I've tried putting wrist supports on
