Hi I Broke Some Ribs Slipping On Ice/stairs. I'm 52.

Hi I broke some ribs slipping on ice/stairs. I'm 52. Male. Had an x-ray and the report they sent me says;

"nondisplaced fractures at right 8th and 9th rib. No pneumothorax. Minimal interstitial opacities in the right mid lung could be due to atelectatsis or infiltrate, an underlying mass is thought less likely however. Radiology also noted a possible infiltrate in your right lung But it is unclear at the current time."

What is "infiltrate"? and should I be worried?
