Hi I Bumped My Temple On A Door About There

Hi I bumped my temple on a door about there weeks ago. I developed a bruise, but after it went away a small hard bump stayed there and it hasn't gone away. The small bump is directly on a vein on my temple. Will it go away after more time and what is it? Thank you for your time.
