Hi, I Burned My Hand About 4 Days Ago And

Hi, I burned my hand about 4 days ago and I have a huge blister on my hand, I have been putting cream on it and wrapping it. But since it is in the Palm of my hand it makes it impossible to do Anything. To me it doesn't look like the blister had gone down any so im just wondering if it makes more sense to go in to urgent care and have a doctor pop it for me so that way I wil be able to move my hand.
