Hi I Burnt My Right Hand Right Part Of Stomach

Hi I burnt my right hand right part of stomach and right thigh with hot cooking oil. Immidiately visited hospital and got first aids done. Its a superficial second degree burn.
Now i am applying selilverex cream simce 8 days and the blisters have all dried up.
So for skin repair and for scars not to pertain, shall I continue with silverex cream only? I am also having antibiotic tablets prescribed by doctor. Please help.
