Hi I Called Off Work Today. Yesterday At Six O'clock

Hi I called off work today. Yesterday at six o'clock I was eating a granny Smith apple. All of a sudden my mouth
Started to fill with water and my stomach hurts. I got through work I even ate dinner. Now this morning it started again. My bm is very loose and lots of water. I keep feeling like I'm going to throw up. I keep drinking water it stays down. I'm also getting chills. Can you tell me what to take or do?
