Hi I Came Off The Implant Bar On The 19th

Hi I came off the implant bar on the 19th of August i had just finished my AF on the 17th I have not got AF yet except for a little bit of spotting a few days late and a day of light bleeding which stopped completely I feel like I'm pregnant because we have been trying for a baby could I be pregnant and when would it show up ?
