I came off the injection last October and had normal periods since March. My cycle shifted a couple of months ago but it seems to have shifted again (I think because of the below) as I am 4 days late (according to the calendar) but today I went really light headed, so much so I had to adjust how I was standing to make sure I didn't fall over. This was one of the first signs with my first pregnancy. I have period like cramps but no sign yet of anything (was grumpy last week) have slight nausea in the morning but do smoke (at the moment) but not sure if it's that - not sure what to think and slowly going insane - any advice?
