Hi I Can Feel A Sore Pea Size Lump In

Hi I can feel a sore pea size lump in my stomach on right side. Sore to touch. The doctors cant feel it but i can.Sometimes more pain than other times. Had it a couple of years now. Had camera down and ct scan only found hiatus hernia in a different place. It still worrying me . Thankyou.
