Hi, I Can't Sleep At Right Side Way Due To

Hi,

I can't sleep at right side way due to air pressure at ear drum hole.

I have tried keeping cotton in ear but air still passes on it.

Please help me what to keep in ear to let sleep and stop air pressure in my broken ear drum.
