Hi, I Carried Out Full Thyroid Blood Test, What Does

Hi,
I carried out full thyroid blood test, what does my results indicate:
TSH: 7.0 uIU/ml
Free T3: 2.5 pg/ml
Free T4: 1.2 ng/dl
Antimicrosomal antibody (TPO) by CMIA: positive 329 IU/ml
Antithyroglobulin antibody by CMIA: Negative

I am very worried, Please let me know what is mean?
