I caught cold 2 weeks ago and I have a tendency to wheezy slightly when I catch a cold. I am 5 months pregnant. My pulmonologist has prescribed Montek-LC for 2 weeks. Is it safe? My gynaec also agreed to the prescription. But I just noticed it is a pregnancy C category drug. I am worried. I have already take 6-7 tablets. How easy is it for our body to flush out the medicine? And I feel it has caused drowsiness. Does that mean the growing fetus would also sleep and would this cause any damage to the foetus. Please help! What can I do now to reduce the effect of Montek-LC on my growing baby?
