Hi, I Cervical Spinal Stenosis, C4 And 5 Were Replaced

Hi, I cervical spinal stenosis, c4 and 5 were replaced and my neck was 1/4" out of alignment and pressing on spinal cord about 8 yrs ago. Since the surgery I have had tingling and numbness in both hands and surgeon suggests surgery for entrapped ulnar nerve. During the last year I started having headaches and have been going to pain management for cortisone shots in my neck, new MRI showed 2-3 buldging disc. The headaches aren't as bad since getting the shots but I was wondering would the ulnar nerve have anything to do with the headaches or is it due to the stenosis? Thanks
