Hi, I Consulted To A Dentist After Some White Spot

Hi, I consulted to a Dentist after some white spot on gum area behind the last teeth on right side. they prescribed me Nurokind plus rf capsule and Mintovit L Cap and oraways and Hexigel. they said it is a ulcer. I do smoking 5-6 ina a day chew rajnigandha now quit and drink alcohol twice in a week. please advise
