Hi I Currently Recieved Swelling Of My Gums Maybe A

Hi I currently recieved swelling of my gums maybe a day or two ago . N it's like a little lump behind my two front teeth . I started to rinse with hot salt water. Two front teeth on bottom starts to hurt but I believe that's from me pressing down shutting my jaw. I've ate something hard which might have irritated a little on the top which might be the cause but I'm not sure
