I currently take Spironolactone 25 mg. I have taken the small dosage for years and have been fine. it keeps my hair on my head nice and thick and prevents acne for me. I have Polysistic Ovaries so my androgens are high. I recently got really bad hives from the medicine. I stopped it and they went away, but I feel trapped like I don't want to get the acne and lose my hair again. is there an alternative drug or natural remedy so I can stop the spiro? I have read it is dangerous to continue if im allergic.
