Hi, I Cut My Finger With A Knife @ The

Hi, I cut my finger with a knife @ the tip on Sat night - clean cut. It bled really bad and I wrapped it - I took the wrap off of it yesterday and it began to bleed really bad again. I don't have insurance so I didn't go to the doctor. I know it's hard to tell but is this something that I should seek a doctor for?
