Hi, I Developed A Fever And Cough Overnight. The Cough

Hi, I developed a fever and cough overnight. The cough started as a tickle, and is now deep and as yet, unproductive. My temp this morning at 9 was 99.9, and now it is 103. I took 2X 325 mg of aspirin at 9 am and at 5:30 pm. (I don't have any Tylenol), and Robitussin. I'm also very achy and have chills/sweats, and light-headed. How long should I give the fever before going to the Doctor? A friend was developing something on Friday night, so I suspect I got it from her. Thank you, Chris
