Hi, I Developed Eczema - Rash In Approx. February 2015

Hi, I developed eczema - rash in approx. February 2015 and was treated by dermatologist with a steriod type cream.......the rash got better although it sometimes seems like its about to come back a little but hasnt. Shortly after finishing the cream, i began to bruise easily.....not unexplained bruises but just much easier to bruise than normal. I backed off some of my supplements that were blood thinners and it has improved but still there now in August. Also where my dermatologist took a biopsy, the wound has healed but around it, it stays very irritiated despite keeping stuff on it. I have a couple of other sore like places on me that dont seem to want to heal up. Any ideas? Thanks!
