Hi, I Did A Big Effort On My Road Bike

Hi, I did a big effort on my road bike with out warming up...at the end of the ride I started coughing, and haven't stop since. It was a month ago. Cough drops helps and over the counter cough suppressant but once the effects go away the coughing comes back.
