Hi I Did An Frozen Embryo Transfer On The 10

Hi I did an frozen embryo transfer on the 10 of March,I have two home pregnancy test one was positive and one negative.after a couple of days they did my blood work and it came positive then 2 days later positive and after two days they told me it was negative.i didn't bleed or spot but my on shady come down and they want to monitor again on this friday
