Hi, I Did An Ultrasound A Few Months Backs And

Hi, I did an ultrasound a few months backs and found out that my liver has a generally coarsened echotexture with no focal lesion. Liver function is normal. What does this mean? Sometimes I feel dull pain on the liver area. Prior to this I had an unexplained allergy to cold weather. I had hives and was prescribed with a cream and allergy tablets. It took a while to recover. Now i have an unexplained lethargy throughout the day.
I have a history of gallstone attack in 2005 and I did ERCP. I don't drink alcohol. I've had severe acne problem twice in 1998/9. I was prescribed with antibiotics for short term whereby the second episode was worse than the first and the antibiotics given was stronger.
Later in 2010, I had erythema nodosum with no known reasons. I was tested for rheumatoid arthritis and lupus but both were negative. No medications taken.
What should I do? I wish my condition to be treated naturally as much as possible.
