Hi I Did My Follicular Study On My 12th Day.

Hi I did my follicular study on my 12th day. Here is the report says. Right ovary size 3.3× 3.0 and Left ovary 2.5 × 2.3. Endometrium is 0.73cm. Uterus size is 5.1 × 2.7. Mine is 30 day cycle period. Please tell me how the report looks like. Is everything normal for my conception chances.
