Hi I Did My Thyroid Ultrasound. I Have One Noodle

I did my thyroid ultrasound. i have one noodle that was 1.3cm.
My endocrinologist send me for biopsy. I went for my biopsy.
The result was good. My endocrinologist said i have hashimoto's gland. My question after i did my biopsy can the needle bring damage to my thyroid gland ?
Can something grow more because of the biopsy?
