Hi, I Did Stool Testing For My 7 Months Old

Hi, I did stool testing for my 7 months old kid. Report is as follows:
Pus cell - 1 to 2 %
Veg. Cells present.

We used to give her zerolac powder milk, fruits. and just now started potato, carrot..
Shall we continue that ?
Any tratement for Pus cell and veg cell ? what causes it ?
