Hi. I Did Swimming Yesterday For Almost An Hour And

Hi. I did swimming yesterday for almost an hour and since than i am feeling heaviness in my left ear. I hear less now and have some heaviness feeling in my left ear. I dont know if its bcz of water bcz i dont hear any waterr line sound if i tilt or press my ear. Do you have any recommendations to relieve this unsual heaviness in my ear after swimming.
