Hi, I Do Not Seem To Get Any Answers From

Hi, I do not seem to get any answers from doctors to the numbness in both feet ,they then tighten after standing/ walking around the house or shops after about 2 hours.I have to raise both legs for an hour to recover.The pain / squeezing like a tourniquet is getting worse.My hands get numb as well now and it is progressing to my tongue.
I have had PE's and DVT's and arthritic feet.
Otherwise I a,m fit and well and up to the last two years led a very active life.
