Hi, I Don't Know If I'm Correct But I Think

Hi, I don't know if I'm correct but I think that I have herpes. Not sure how I got it I didn't do any sexual activity. My calf on my right let has an open scab and behind my thigh on the same leg I have multiple red dots. Lastly I have a small scab on my nose. Everyday seems to be something new. For example today I experienced a small bump on my lip. Honesty, I am nervous and I really hope to get a response. I would really appreciate a response and maybe some sort of way I can cure this thank you very much.
